TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 BOOKINGS

1.1 Exams have to be booked THREE FULL working days prior to date of testing. Saturday , Sunday and public holidays are not considered working days.
1.2 An exam registration form must be completed by each candidate for EVERY exam written.

1.3 If a candidate has previously written an exam through either Sylvan Prometric or VUE please provide the testing centre with your identification numbers with exception of a new candidate. Please take note it is not the testing centre's responsibility to keep these identificatiion numbers . Therefore it is imperative that candidates keep copies of their score reports.

1.4 If you do not know the exam code of the exam you are wanting to write, please provide us with the full exam title.

2 PAYMENTS

2.1 Payment is due on the day of the exam, if the student fails to do so , he/she will not be allowed to test.
2.2 If the company is making payment for the candidate, please provide the correct details, order number as well as a ccompany contact person. Proforma Invoices will be provided on request. Tax Invoices are provided on the day of the exam. The student taking the exam will be held jointly and severally liable for the total fee of the exam, and failure to attend the exam, the company will be held liable for the total fee for the exam.

2.3 If a candidate/company wants to do a electronic transfer/direct deposit please fax a copy of the deposit slip marked clearly with the name of the student, dae of exam and exam name through to +27 11 938 7314.

3 CANCELLATIONS / RESHEDULING

3.1 In the event of the student/company cancelling or rescheduling the exam in eriting 48 hours prior to testing day a 100% cancellation fee will be levied. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not considered working days.

4 GENARAL

4.1 Please note that our exam adminiatrators do not have a list if pass marks for examinations as they change without prior notification. The testing centre administrators do not know if exams are conventional or adaptive, this may also change without prior notification.
4.2 If a candidate is more than 15 minutes late for his/hers scheduled exam, he/she may have to wait until a workstation becomes available. It is vital that we stick to the time schedule.

4.3 If a candidate/company accidentally books for the wrong exam, nothing can be done regarding this and he/she will have to either write his wxam or forfeit his/her payment.

4.4 It is not ITTA's responsibility to issue candidates with their certification certificates. All certificates are issued by the appropriate vendor.

4.5 Occasionally we do have problemswith the downloading of exams, this can be due to problems with the exam server or exam providers. Please take note that the testing centre administrator is not in control of the server and can only deliver what exam providers download. If problems do occur, we will notify the candidate, it can normally be rectfied but this does take some time and candidates are requested to please be patient.
